I’m Joe Stinebaker, candidate for Brazoria Central Appraisal District Board of Directors, Position 2. I’m running to bring transparency, integrity, fairness, and strong representation to the board.

The BCAD board of directors governs our local appraisal district and serves as part of the local property tax system’s equation of checks and balances. Board members appoint the chief appraiser and approve the district’s annual budget.  Directors have NO authority to set values or appraisal methods.
